Whether you’re dreaming of a one-of-a-kind suite or browsing our curated designs, the journey with La Fleur Paper Company is intentionally personal, from the first conversation to the final delivery.
I. Submit an Inquiry
The process begins when you submit an inquiry, sharing a few details about your wedding, vision, and stationery needs.
Each submission is personally reviewed to ensure alignment and to confirm availability within my design calendar. If I am able to take on your project, I will be in touch within one to two business days.
II. Next Steps & Vision
After reviewing your inquiry, I will reach out with a brief questionnaire to better understand your vision, aesthetic direction, and stationery needs.
If you are in the earlier stages of planning or would find it helpful, we may also begin with a consultation call to explore your ideas together before shaping your proposal.
III. Proposal & Booking
Your proposal will include a custom mood board along with three thoughtfully curated options that reflect different levels of detail, printing methods, and design refinement.
Each proposal is created to guide you toward the approach that best aligns with your wedding, aesthetic, and priorities, rather than offering a one size fits all structure.
To secure your place in the design calendar, a signed agreement and 50% design deposit are required. Due to the nature of bespoke work and the limited number of projects taken on each season, your date on my design calendar is only reserved upon receipt.
IV. Design Development
The design process begins with initial concepts and bespoke mockups, followed by detailed proofs and revisions.
Throughout this stage, I provide expert direction to ensure every detail feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your vision. We work closely together, and your feedback is thoughtfully incorporated as the design evolves.
This is a highly collaborative phase, where each refinement is made with care so your final suite feels both beautifully resolved and deeply personal to your celebration.
V. Delivery
Once approved, your suite moves into production, where each piece is carefully printed, assembled, and finished using considered materials and print methods.
From there, your stationery is thoughtfully prepared for delivery, whether that is mailed directly to your guests or packaged for you to send and share in your own way. Every detail is handled with care to ensure a seamless and beautifully executed final presentation.
